Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

Kindly include clear photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship Shea Butter within the UK only.

All other products are available for wholesale/business customers and are made and shipped outside the UK.
